 Menceritakan tentang seseorang yang menggelarkan dirinya Smidnes.. Nama smidnes di petik melalui satu gambaran diantara kegembiraan dan kesedihan iaitu "Smile & Sadness". 

Beliau, mengilhamkan nama itu melalui kehidupan yang dia lalui kerna disaat dia senyum ada kesedihan yang tersirat di dalam hatinya, tentang kehidupan mahupun cinta.

Smidnes adalah penggemar musik genre heavy metal, Rock n' Roll, slow rock, pop, raggae dan Ska ia seseorang yang suka berkarya bebas seperti, brpuitis, berlagu dan berpunjangga kadang apa yang dibuat, beliau cuma ingin menyampaikan sesuatu mesej kepada orang yang melihatnya. Dan sepatah dua perkataan yang di tulisnya adalah..

How to get there and Cost to get there....

    If via Kota Kinabalu, way to go to manukan island via jesselton and take a boat ride. Impose charges like following..

Way to go there is by jesselton jetty or throught the Sutera Harbour, but we have to plan how to get there by private boat because it is cheaper for example that our price is imposed..

Boat fare: RM25 x 5 = Rs 125 adult..

      A full serviced restaurant which is slightly on the high side. For the locals, there is an area with a few shops who rent beach equipment, sells some sundry products or sunblock and suntan lotions. A local restaurant is found here where you can order local food, standard drinks, coconut or even local coffee and tea and have it at the ready tables in a shaded area.

Activities to do at the location....

     In there are many activities that we can do with family and friends. If we can do with our family activities such as sports and make its own activities and the activities available there is like a banana boat snorkeling , scuba diving ,play jet ski  and etc. But we are not able to do the activity because of the relatively short time..
